How to Self-Manage Insomnia
This physician-led, interactive workshop is designed to give adults safe, scientifically proven, non-drug tools to help improve sleep. We will discuss the science behind insomnia and how to distinguish it from other sleep disorders that require medical attention. We’ll also explore truths and myths about sleep by critically evaluating advertised products and claims. Bring your questions!
Dr. Anita Natarajan has been a Family Physician in the Lower Mainland for the past 24 years and has a background in Bio-Psychology. She has a special interest and training in drug-free management of insomnia disorder.
