Join us on May 9 at Douglas College Coquitlam Campus for our annual celebration of science with our partners at the college and School District 43.
Coquitlam Public Library has been running Science Expos since 2016 with Douglas College and School District 43. The events feature science projects developed by Tri-Cities students across four grade categories: Elementary (gr. 4 and 5), Middle (gr. 6 to 8), Junior (gr. 9 and 10) and Senior (gr. 11 and 12). Douglas College faculty act as judges. Prizes include substantial scholarships for top finishers in the Senior category.
The public is welcome to visit Building A/B on the campus to view projects between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.
More details about the event are on the library web site: https://coqlibrary.ca/science-expo/
