During the summer, we welcome kids who have finished K through gr. 4, and volunteers who have finished gr. 8 through 12.

Poirier Branch opened in 1989. It offers:
- Free wi-fi access, no password required
- Meeting and study rooms
- Public computer stations
- Printing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
- A newspaper reading lounge
- Digitization station to digitize old media
