Free Comic Book Day

Near CX deskVisit the library to claim a free comic while supplies last. One comic per visitor! Titles range in audience level from All Ages (kids) to Teen to Adult.
At the City Centre and Poirier Branches, the library will set up comic tables a short distance from our Customer Experiences desk. The tables will be supervised by volunteers from the Teen Advisory Council. On the Library Link, staff will distribute the comics to visitors.

About the library
Poirier Branch opened in 1989. It offers:
- Free wi-fi access, no password required
- Meeting and study rooms
- Public computer stations
- Printing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
- A newspaper reading lounge
- Digitization station to digitize old media
