Poirier Board RoomJoin Coquitlam Public Library for a Pride & Allies Book Club - on Thursdays in person!
We will be meeting on the first Thursday of each month from 7-8 in the boardroom at the Poirier Library for July and August and then moving to the third Thursday of the month for the remainder of the year.
The selection of books chosen by the book club will be decided by the members with input from Library staff.
For October, we will be reading The Emperor of Gladness by Ocean Vuong.
For November, we will be reading The Cure for Drowning by Loghan Paylor
For December, we will be reading The Tiger and the Cosmonaut by Eddy Boudel Tan.
New members always welcome.

Poirier Branch opened in 1989. It offers:
- Free wi-fi access, no password required
- Meeting and study rooms
- Public computer stations
- Printing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
- A newspaper reading lounge
- Digitization station to digitize old media
