CoqLibrary Customer Experience Focus Group

The Library is conducting focus groups in order to improve customer service.

Participate in an online focus group, and provide comments and suggestions drawn from your experiences at the Library. There are 4 sessions total. Please register for one session only. 

Each participant will need a computer or smart device with speakers (or headphones), a microphone, a web cam and Internet connection.
