Join us for our monthly virtual book club where we will talk about a specific book and our picks for that month!

On January 29th, we will read The Girl with the Louding Voice by Abi Dare. Adunni is a Nigerian girl who wants to go to school and become a teacher. Her mother encourages her to find her voice but, after her mother's death, her father sells her to a much older man. This book is available as an ebook and an eaudiobook on Libby or as a physical book.

On February 26th, we will read Invisible Boy by Harrison Mooney. This memoir of an transracial adoption of a  child of a Western African mom into a Causasian, evangelical family is an interesting and thought provoking story. This book is available as a physical book and as an ebook and an eaudiobook on Hoopla.
