English as an Additional Language Book Club

City Centre Board RoomAre you interested in joining a book club dedicated to Intermediate Level English language learners? Join us for a monthly book club and discover the joys of meeting to talk about books!
New members always welcome!! This book is aimed at intermediate level English learners.
Meetings are on the first Monday of every month at 1pm in the City Centre Boardroom.
Books are selected by Library staff. We read a book over a two month period.
For the October meeting, we will be finishing off Sandwich by Catherine Newman.
For the November meeting, we will be reading the first half of The Wedding by Gurjinder Basran. Please read until page 105, Just the Best of Us.
For the December meeting, we will be finishing off The Wedding by Gurjinder Basran.
Books can be picked up at the City Centre Library. Ask the front desk staff for the EAL Book Club pick.
