What you need to know about the Canadian First-Time Home Buyer Incentive.
The federal government launched a new national program on September 2, 2019 called the First-Time Home Buyer Incentive (FTHBI) to help thousands of families in Canada buy their first home. This seminar will break down the main points to help you figure out whether you qualify and, more importantly, what the potential pitfalls could be if you do. If the FTHBI is not a good fit for you, find out how to qualify for a mortgage as a first-time home buyer.
