Come join us to learn more from this homeowners Information series at the library for current and future homeowners.
A practical seminar series on Homeownership to educate current and future homeowners.
This seminar is for you if you moved to Canada recently. One of the biggest lifestyle dreams for newcomers is homeownership. And, nothing makes you feel more at home in your new country than owning the place where you live.
As a newcomer, you’ll need to take some extra steps to become a homeowner in this country. The qualification requirements may vary slightly between different lenders, but we are going to go over some of the most common requirements among most lenders. This seminar is designed to prepare you for buying and financing a home in 3, 6 or 12 months and avoid the mistakes that will delay homeownership for newcomers. Find out what you need to know.
Registration is not required and Drop in is welcome.
