Ever been interested in attending a book club but don't want to commit to the conversation? What to enjoy some choice books in like minded company? Like tasty food and drinks? Come to Ibex cafe to grab a book from a specially themed library selection while eating and drinking a treat! Each of the featured Wednesdays a librarian will bring a curated mini collection to pick from, and other library resources to ask questions about and enjoy. Grab a book, buy a snack, and relax in the beautiful cafe surroundings. Come support both your local library and a local business!
This program will be held at IBEX CAFE located at 3537 Princeton Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3E 0K3, part of the Burke Mountain Discovery Center. See cafe details here: https://www.cafeibex.ca/
All ages are welcome at the cafe but book collections will be adult collections. Anyone can (and should!) swing by to peruse but table space will be limited to patrons who purchase items from the cafe. This program is weather dependent and will follow cafe or library closures in inclement weather.
