Get inspired by nature this BC Climate Action Week with children's author Kirsten Pendreigh. Her books range from fun and educational, to delightfully silly and brimming with love for the great outdoors. It's a treat for curious kids.

Kirsten Pendreigh writes joyful, nature-inspired picture books that invite children to connect with and care for the natural world. With a poet’s eye for language and a deep love of the outdoors, Kirsten creates stories that spark curiosity, compassion, and a sense of wonder. Her poetry has appeared in Best Canadian Poetry 2021, and her picture books draw inspiration from the forests, shorelines, and wild places of beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
