In connection with Culture Days celebrations across the country, artists age 16 and up from the TriCities, including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra, are invited to submit entries for inclusion in a Juried Art Exhibition at Coquitlam Public Library.
Come celebrate Culture Days BC by visiting the Juried Art Exhibit at Coquitlam City Centre Library from Saturday, October 1 to Tuesday, October 4. Culture Days is Canada’s largest public participation campaign for the arts. Public are welcome to visit the Exhibit during library hours or register for a guided tour on Saturday Oct. 1.
Enjoy live art demo's by local artists or to register for the Guided Tours of the Art Exhibit by Visual Art Educator from Evergreen Cultural Centre on Saturday, October 1 to know more about and appreciate the prize winner artworks !
Works selected and on display reflect one or more of the following words that define Culture Days: Celebration, Connection, Participation, Inclusivity, Creativity, Self-Expression, Collaboration, Collective Care.

Important Deadlines for Artists
Call for Entries closes July 31, 5:00 pm *extended to Aug. 2, 9:00 pm
Successful applicants will be notified by September 17, 2022.
Accepted works, including accompanying artist statements, must be installed and ready to display by
Thursday, September 29.
Works will be available for pick-up after the conclusion of the exhibit starting Wednesday, October 5
by appointment only. Library staff will coordinate pick-up times with artists.
