Are you prepared for the wilderness this winter season? Do your kids know how to stay safe?
Ready for the winter and snowy outdoor fun? Make sure your family is prepared to enjoy it! Join us at the library as we hear from Coquitlam Search and Rescue about how to keep your kids safe this winter sport season. This will be a family focused activity with presenters speaking directly to kids about their safety in the wilderness, then to adults about family safety. Search and Rescue has a very fun program for kid safety, with small giveaways and activities. Registration required. Ages 5-12 recommended, but older is welcome.
